You need to put yourself on a positivity diet,
become infectious with it.

Only positive or educational shit

Your subconscious mind is tearing you apart

And because you can’t see it you blame it on others

When in reality, your subconscious mind controls 90% of your actions and thoughts.

We all do it

The first step is becoming aware.

The second step is not judging yourself.

As you stop judging yourself, others stop judging you.

Then your awareness will reveal love and pain over time

As you learn to love all parts of your self, even the parts you hide.

Your life will become easier

Then you will teach others to do the same
